Conveo AI is a conversational research platform helping businesses run smarter, faster interviews at scale. Joining as Creative Design Lead, I helped form the brand function from the ground up and took it further than a typical design remit. I conceived, built and launched an AI-powered brand portal using Claude Code and Lovable, giving the wider business a fully functional brand agent, design templates and best practice guidance, so any team member could execute on-brand work independently, without a design bottleneck. Alongside that, I developed a suite of ready-to-deploy templates spanning social, paid ads and event comms, and built a Notion-based knowledge system to unify the design team and standardise ways of working.
