Flipdish

Flipdish is a €1B food-tech start-up and leading POS platform. The rebrand centred on elevating the identity and forging a stronger connection with customers by placing food and people at the heart of the brand. Working directly with the Creative Director and founders, I led the creative direction on a premium new brand identity that sharpened Flipdish's USP and spoke clearly to its core audience. My contributions spanned designing clear, scalable guidelines to keep teams aligned, building adaptable Figma assets for CRM platforms, and leading art direction for a new brand character that brought warmth and personality across print and digital. I also drove the redesign of Flipdish's website, translating the refreshed identity into a customer-focused experience that positions the platform as the complete solution for restaurants and takeaways.
